Scope of works
Three new student accommodation blocks servicing the University of Surrey in Guildford with 97 rooms, on-site fitness suite, study spaces, communal lounge, exclusive outdoor courtyard.
Built on a former residential plot. Part of the project brief included a major public sewer diversion, build over agreement, Network Rail BAPA Agreement, National Highways Pedestrian Bridge agreement and an existing Watercourse protection agreement.
