Working on new and refurbishment projects, we promote the coordination and management all project stakeholders to ensure the project brief considers the design issues, requirements for future flexibility and scope for tenant change. During the delivery of projects, managing the interface between developers and tenants is key to achieving the key delivery criteria and clean handovers.
On other projects, we work directly for leading main contractors where we manage the procurement of sub-contractor packages, and thereafter ongoing contractual, cost management, and change accounts to ensure alignment with our client’s expectations.
