Our Employers Agents provide clear, sensible advice to the client on contractual matters and support the implementation of agreements between the employer and contractor in line with the Employers Requirements, including proposed changes, cost and programme impacts.

Dealing with contractual issues in a timely & efficient manner and managing changes and specification compliance for the project.

EA & CA Services include:

  • Issue instruction on behalf of client
  • Report regularly to client and funders on progress, costs and quality matters
  • Monitor the performance of the contractor and professional team
  • Work with the QS to manage changes through the construction stage.
  • Work with the legal team to agree and conclude warranties and appointments
  • Finalise handover documentation and the Final Account
