Scope of works

• Major conversion, repair, and refurbishment of a Grade 2 listed property in the heart of South Kensington for use as a preparatory school.
• The project called for the amalgamation of four 5 storey and lower ground Victorian residential buildings into a school capable of accommodating 360 + pupils, spanning school years 1 to 6.
• The works included major structural and shell alterations in accordance with the Listed building consent and fitted out to a unique style and feel providing a homely school and learning environment.
