- Conversion of the BBC’s Radio House building to Cognita’s Cleveland Street School
- Major alterations and refurbishment of all areas including:
- Works included – Strip out of tenant fixtures and fittings, Internal structural alterations, full CAT A refurbishment and fit out over 4 floors including lifts, recladding of the external façade, new glazing and entrance doors, major upgrade to M&E Services, basement Waterproofing and Tanking.
- Additional works to Clients existing adjoining buildings, Including Grade I listed building alterations
- Works completed to tight timescales to suit occupational requirements of the new school.
