• The fit out of developers shells to create Pizza Restaurant and Bar
• Cube were employed as Project Managers and Cost Consultants to oversee the works from inception to completion. Duties included:
• Liaison with landlord and agreement of scope of works for shell on behalf of client
• Procurement of contracts for fit out works and placing of all orders
• Project management of all on site works and handover of works to client
