Scope of works

The UK’s first CAR-T cell manufacturing facility, for Autolus Therapeutics – a new build 5 storey bio pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Cube project and cost managed the delivery of this fast-track project from initial feasibility to completion. The delivery design allowed a hybrid of off-site MMC for the complex M&E and fit our elements including clean rooms together with a traditionally built steel frame, concrete floor and clad building.

Regular progress inspections were undertaken at both site and factory with the design team to ensure delivery to cost, budget and programme.

Governance reporting to client, funder, purchaser and co-ordination of the contractor, monitoring teams and end user.

Delivery of public realm and highway alterations as a separate s278 package.
