Meet the team

Dan is a founding director of Cube and is a senior director leading the business. Now with in excess of 30 years’ experience in the industry, Dan became a chartered surveyor in 1995, initially as a quantity surveyor and soon afterwards becoming a project management surveyor.

Adam is a founding director of Cube with over 25 years’ project management experience. Adam became a chartered surveyor in 2000, initially as a quantity surveyor and soon afterwards becoming a project management surveyor.

Paul has over 30 years’ chartered experience and a proven track record in managing projects across numerous sectors. With a background as an architect, he brings a unique perspective to project managing teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex and varied projects.

Steve is an experienced project manager who has worked extensively in construction and site acquisition in a variety of sectors bringing his strong people communication, leadership and motivation skills to lead successful project outcomes.

Andy is a highly experienced director responsible for the quantity surveying team whilst providing support to the project management and architectural teams at Cube. A leader and team builder who brings learnings and experience of both main contracting and consultancy to great effect.

Paul has substantial and varied experience in both the private and public sectors and has a robust reputation for delivering high profile complex schemes, managing teams and project budgets in excess of £200m.

Wayne was a founding member of Cube in 2003 and guided the business for many years as Managing Director.
More recently he has taken up an advisory part time role supporting the Management Board on strategic matters.

Gerry is a highly experienced project manager specialising in the delivery of fast track projects within the retail and student accommodation sectors. He is one of our most experienced and knowledgeable project managers and effective team leader.

Vishal joined Cube in 2009 as a chartered architect and helps lead the architectural team bringing experience and knowledge of many varied projects and sectors.

Paolo is a senior architectural technologist responsible for managing the Cube team of architects to through the work stages from concept design to construction. He has strong interpersonal and communication, is highly motivated, and excellent team working abilities.

Owen is an ambitious surveyor with a strong work ethic and rapidly growing experience. He is a valued member of the Cube team and became a Chartered Surveyor 2021.

Garry is a chartered quantity surveyor with excellent cost and contract knowledge and experience to advise clients and mentor the team. A good team player who is focused on providing excellent client service.

Peter is a senior quantity surveyor with experience working for contractors and professional consultancies, working within the Cube QS team.

Laurence is an experienced project manager who has an excellent track record of leading project teams, managing individual projects and roll out programmes. He joined Cube in 2017 and has experience in both food and non food retail along with large residential developments.

Ellen is a strong team member with growing quantity surveying experience and knowledge working on complex mixed-use and retail projects developing understanding and communication skills, and is currently working towards her APC qualification.

Ela is an architectural assistant with experience in both the residential and retail sectors. Her responsibilities include working within a team through all of the RIBA work stages 1-5 ensuring compliance to all necessary regulatory standards.

Zineb is a experienced architectural assistant responsible for producing a wide range of information from design development to detailed construction drawings.

Henry is a project manager specialising in delivering in a fast paced environment. He has also worked on a major rollout programmes renovating food and drink and retail units and student accommodation projects.

Dylan is a young and enthusiastic project manager with growing experience on student accommodation, food and drink and retail. His friendly manner and clear communication styles help motivate teams in a professional manner.

Hugo is an assistant project manager developing skills as part of the team successfully delivering refresh and refurbishment projects and assisting on multiple larger scale renovations.

James is an architectural assistant working in the retail and residential sectors. His key roles are to work as part of the architectural team to help guide a project from inception through to completion.

Muhammad has good cost and contract knowledge and is growing in experience working within project teams on a number of projects for a major developer, retailers and student accommodation clients.

Sarah has 5 years experience as an estimator and quantity surveyor and supports on projects in the student accommodation, mixed use and data centre sectors. Sarah has growing experience cost planning, cost estimates and tender analysis and is currently working towards her APC qualification.

Nicola joined Cube in 2003 and has 30 years experience in office/buisness management. She is responsible for internal operations, including finance and accounting, human resources management, health & safety and overall office administration.

Amanda is the administrator at Cube, specialising in financial support. With an eye for detail and a drive for perfection in her work, she offers a great support to a team.
