Gerry is a highly experienced Project Manager and Associate heading up a team of Project Managers specialising in the delivery of fast track projects within the Retail sector. He is one of our most respected and experienced managers and has recently been awarded an accolade one client of Retail Project Manager of the Year.
Gerry continues to contribute heavily to various rollout programmes and successfully delivers all types of schemes from smaller intimate projects to major fit out and refurbishment schemes. He personally developed individual (day-by-day) construction programmes which were standardised across the roll out programme.
A team player with strong technical experience and expertise in refurbishment & refresh projects. His strong commercial & technical experience allows him to solve problems in conjunction with the contractor and take the lead in change management and reprogramming issues.
