Experienced in delivering new and refurbishment projects within independent schools and student accommodation to create new vibrant facilities. Often our projects are phased around live schools and student accommodation where priorities of safeguarding students, minimising disruption and being flexible to accommodate exams and key activities within the academic year are required.
Being involved at the concept stages on schemes allows us to carefully plan/programme projects to ensure minimum impact on students during redevelopment or room refurbishment works. We pride ourselves on clean, safe, snag free handovers to which are key to getting the students back in occupation quickly.
A number of our directors are or have been school governors in the state sector.
