Scope of works

• Demolition and re-build/refurbishment Project in the heart of Oxford City Centre, linking existing building with new construction over 6 storeys including basement. Planning was key to this development with a sympathetic architectural solution to enhance the local street scape including a high level views from the famous Car Fax tower that shows the fantastic new copper roof.
• Provision of 137 (high specification) Student Accommodation Rooms in partnership with Christchurch College. The student accommodation includes full kitchen facilities, work and games rooms, cinema room and management offices.
• New retail/banking outlets comprising of a Metro Bank and Sainsbury’s Local.
